DataToLeads (also operating as AvocaData) is a two-sided marketplace where data providers list and sell aged leads and consumer data. With 335M+ individual consumer records, the scale is impressive and the per-lead costs can be extremely low — fractions of a penny for bulk data. However, quality is highly variable. This is raw data at scale, not curated lead quality. Compliance documentation is less rigorous than dedicated lead providers, which is a concern for TCPA-sensitive operations. Best for high-volume operators who have their own scrubbing and compliance processes. Not recommended for agents who need turnkey, compliance-ready leads.
